Growing Together: Reflections on the Mora Group Leadership School

Last Friday, 26 September, we held the final class for the first graduating class of the Grupo Mora Leadership School.

Now, all that remains is the closing ceremony and the presentation of diplomas, scheduled for December, to put the finishing touch on this learning journey.

For a year, our management team and middle managers have been gathering knowledge, reflections, commitments and self-awareness, exploring topics linked to our values: Trust, Collaboration, Commitment and Growth.

The programme, which had an academic format, was developed at Miguel Hernández University, in collaboration with Brandty and the Mora Group’s People and Corporate Culture team. It featured a cast of high-level trainers, facilitators and coaches.

In the last session, dedicated to Growth & Innovation, we had the honour of welcoming @Marta Grañó, who shared her vision on the keys to innovative leadership. Marta Grañó, a professor at ESASE, is a renowned trainer, coach and writer specialising in purposeful leadership, fostering creativity and leveraging diversity as a driver of innovation.

We are proud of how our team has experienced this journey and of the commitments made to continue building a stronger, closer and more collaborative Mora Group together.

What do you think is the most important value when it comes to leadership? We would be delighted to hear your opinion.
