Training at Grupo Mora is a key part of our organisation’s growth. Learning new skills, updating our knowledge and sharing a common approach to our work helps us to progress, both individually and as a team.
That is why we will soon be launching the new “Grupo Mora Campus”, our own online training platform designed to facilitate learning and support the professional development of the people who form part of the Group.
Practical, accessible training tailored to our teams
The new Campus will provide easy access to short, practical modules designed to be applied in day-to-day work. Some training courses will be available to the whole organisation, whilst others will be specifically assigned according to each individual’s role, responsibilities or needs.
This new tool will help us to organise learning more effectively, make training more accessible and provide our teams with useful resources to help them continue to improve in their work and tackle new professional challenges.
A space of our own for sharing knowledge
One of the main advantages of the new Campus will be the opportunity to develop training programmes specific to the Grupo Mora, based on the experience and knowledge that already exists within our organisation.
The platform will enable us to incorporate videos, documents, practical materials and content tailored to the actual needs of our teams. In this way, we will be able to share procedures, best practice and useful knowledge in a more organised, accessible and user-friendly manner.
The Campus has also been established with a view to continuing to evolve. The range of training programmes will be gradually expanded to meet new challenges and support the growth of the individuals and the various companies that make up the Group.
