Leading on the basis of values is now a reality
Our second cohort of the School of Values-Based Leadership has reached the halfway point of the programme, establishing itself as a space for transformative learning.
Our professionals are sharing this experience alongside a team of highly accomplished lecturers, who also make their mark beyond the classroom: both are leading authors in the field of leadership, whose works reflect their vision and experience.
Marta Freire, a psychologist, coach and communicator by vocation, introduced us to self-leadership as the foundation of all personal development, sharing practical tools based on the DISC methodology to help us understand ourselves better and lead ourselves mindfully.
Javier Giménez, an executive and team coach, NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist, focused on effective team management, based on confident, stable and trust-based leadership.
Furthermore, we had the opportunity to hear Javier Giménez’s views in a short interview, which invites us to reflect on the steps a leader must take if they wish to build high-performing teams.
