At Grupo Mora, we are promoting collaborative leadership at the launch of the second edition of our Leadership School
Last Friday, 27 March, Grupo Mora held another event as part of our Values-Based Leadership School, bringing together clients, suppliers and our in-house team for a gathering designed to share knowledge, encourage reflection and strengthen relationships.
The event, which marked the start of the second edition of this initiative, was held under the theme “Power To The People” and featured Emma Giner, a renowned People & Organisation Shaker, who led an engaging session focused on rethinking leadership from a more agile, human and action-oriented perspective.
One of the highlights of the day was the active participation of the attendees, who worked in different groups addressing real-life situations from their professional day-to-day. During these exercises, they reflected on key aspects of modern leadership, such as the importance of challenging the status quo, replacing statements with questions, listening to understand, and creating environments where learning and making mistakes are part of the process.
This practical approach enabled the concepts to be applied to the reality of the teams, reinforcing the idea that leadership does not depend on one’s position, but rather on one’s attitude and the impact each person has on those around them.
The School of Values-Based Leadership, established by Grupo Mora, aims to foster a culture based on trust, collaboration and commitment, promoting a people-centred leadership model that is aligned with the organisation’s values.
The day concluded with a networking breakfast, where all participants were able to share their thoughts, exchange experiences and strengthen professional ties in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Through initiatives such as this, we continue to strengthen our position as an organisation committed to developing talent and creating opportunities for shared value with the wider community.
