Grupo Mora launches a new equality plan for 2026–2030

At Grupo Mora, we are committed to fostering a corporate culture based on respect, fairness and equal opportunities.

That is why we are launching our new Equality Plan 2026–2030, a roadmap that reinforces our commitment to a fairer, more inclusive working environment that is aligned with the values that define us as a group.

This new plan introduces new measures, strengthens existing protocols and promotes equality across all aspects of the organisation’s processes: from recruitment and internal promotion to work-life balance, training and raising awareness amongst the entire workforce.

Furthermore, we continue to take decisive steps to highlight female talent in technical and industrial sectors, improve our corporate communications and materials by using more inclusive language, and foster safe, respectful and enriching working environments for everyone.

In 2025, this commitment was recognised with the Aepa Equality Seal, providing the impetus to continue improving and evolving as an organisation. At Grupo Mora, we see equality not only as a fundamental principle, but also as a way to build better teams, attract diverse talent and strengthen our corporate culture.
